ICM - Intentional Camera Movement

In my visual language, I use Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) to explore the relationship between place and perception — between the outer landscape and an inner state of being. Through controlled camera movements and a deliberate use of light, I create interpretive, atmospheric images that shift familiar environments into something more reflective and ambiguous. My subjects range from forests and architecture to industrial and urban spaces — places where traces of human presence and quiet stillness often coexist. In these altered realities, light in motion and subtle color transitions express what often remains unseen: stillness within movement, the poetry of the everyday, and moments where time appears to slow or dissolve. With this approach, I don’t aim to depict a place as it looks, but how it feels — a passage between reality and perception, inviting the viewer to pause, sense, and reflect.
